The Georgian Squares of Dublin are iconic features of Ireland's capital and perhaps the finest representation of that formal yet decorative architecture for which the city is renowned. Developed and built in sequence between 1750 and 1830, each of Dublin's five Georgian Squares has its own special character, interpreting the restrained but elegant aesthetic of the period in its own unique manner.
