Description:
Three-bay, two-storey, gable-fronted hall with pediment, quions, window surrounds and hoods in decorative Roman-cement detail built in 1863. Historic windows survive at ground floor. Located at prominent junction in town centre alongside ashlar-stone bank building; both buildings were built by the same architect, William Caldbeck.
