We have put together a programme of visits in Nice, the Riviera and its hinterland that includes some of the best current exhibitions and the most acclaimed villas and gardens, some of which are newly open.In particular the tour features a special reservation to Villa E1027 at Cap Moderne, designed by Eileen Grey – which has been recently reopened after its restoration – alongside the Cabanon Villa, the only house Le Corbusier built for himself. The final day at the magnificent sculpture park at Chateau la Coste, the recent Irish contribution to art in the South of France.

PRICE INFORMATION:

Cost per person sharing €2190. Single supplement €634.

Cost includes 5 nights bed and breakfast in 4* hotel as per programme; local guides and guide throughout, coach transfers, entries to museums houses and gardens; 4 dinners and 4 lunches and €250 contribution to IGS.

*Flights are not included and must be booked separately once your place(s) are confirmed. Harriet has listed the recommended flights from/to Dublin.

As places are very limited, we would be very grateful if it were possible to share a room this time.

Please note:

· Booking is only available on a first come, first served basis.

· The trip will go ahead if a minimum number of bookings is reached.

· Those with places on this trip will be contacted by IGS in the coming days to confirm your place

· Suitable travel insurance must be in place from time of booking

· All travelling must be members of the Irish Georgian Society.

· Once balance payments are made, we can only provide a balance refund if your place can be filled by another member. Otherwise, we suggest claiming from your travel insurance where applicable.
