Rose Mary Craig and Harriet Landseer are planning to offer another chance to visit Sicily. Palermo is full of Baroque palaces, in the hands of the original owners, including the Palazzo Gangi, where the famous ballroom scene of The Leopard was filmed, and a palace owned by the Lampedusa Family.

Along with these, we will see the wonderful Byzantine mosaics in Monreale, the Palatine chapel and La Matorana church. There are several fine country houses in Bagheria en route to Cefalu, with its wonderful Norman cathedral, and the Doric temple in Segesta gives a taste of Siciy's great Classical heritage.
