Visit to Lough Cutra Castle, 2pm-4pm, Sunday 26th of July
Join the Limerick Chapter for an afternoon visit to Lough Cutra Castle. Ancestral home of the Vereker family, this Gothic Revival castle was designed by famous architect John Nash (of Buckingham Palace and Brighton Pavilion) and its construction in 1811 was overseen by English architect brothers James and George Pain. The visit will include a tour of the main rooms of the castle, the walled garden and grounds.
Refreshments will be provided.
