The vision of the Irish Georgian Society is to conserve, protect and foster a keen interest and a respect for Ireland’s architectural heritage and decorative arts. These aims are achieved through its scholarly and conservation education programmes, through its support of conservation projects and planning issues, and vitally, through its members and their activities.

Irish Georgian Society Annual Meeting, 14th October

The Annual Meeting of the Irish Georgian Society will be held at 6pm on Wednesday 14th October (registration from 5.30pm) and shall include a review of the Society’s activities over the past year, a report on its financial position, and a reception for members to meet and catch up over a glass of wine. The occasion will be marked by the induction of Sir David Davies and Rose Mary Craig into the IGS President’s Circle.

This is a members’ only event and will be held at the City Assembly House, 58 South William Street, D02 X751. Please RSVP by emailing events@igs.ie by Friday 9th October .
